By booking services with First Date Beauty through the Vagaro platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not book our services.

2. Services

Service Descriptions: We strive to provide accurate and up-to-date descriptions of our beauty services, including makeovers, styling, and consultations. However, we do not warrant that service descriptions or other information are entirely error-free.
Availability: Service availability is subject to change. Booking is done through the Vagaro platform, and availability is as displayed on Vagaro.
Pricing: Service prices are as listed on the Vagaro platform and are subject to change.
Booking Platform: All bookings are made through the Vagaro platform. Your use of the Vagaro platform is also subject to Vagaro’s terms and conditions.

3. Bookings and Payments (via Vagaro)

Booking Confirmation: Your booking through Vagaro constitutes an offer to receive our services. Confirmation of your booking is subject to availability and payment processing through Vagaro.
Payment: Payment for services is processed through the Vagaro platform. First Date Beauty does not directly handle payment transactions.
Cancellation and Rescheduling: Cancellation and rescheduling policies are as outlined on the Vagaro platform at the time of booking. Please review these policies carefully.
No Online Product Sales: First Date Beauty does not sell products online. Any products used during services may be available for in-person purchase, subject to availability and separate terms.

4. Client Responsibilities

Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information during the booking process on Vagaro.  
Timeliness: Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
Respectful Conduct: We expect all clients to conduct themselves respectfully during their appointments.

5. Limitation of Liability

Disclaimer: Our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” First Date Beauty is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Vagaro Platform: First Date Beauty is not responsible for any issues or errors related to the Vagaro platform. Any platform related issues should be addressed to Vagaro.
Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold First Date Beauty harmless from any claims or damages arising from your booking or receipt of our services.

6. Privacy Policy

Data Collection: Your use of our services is subject to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.  
Vagaro Data: Any data shared with Vagaro is subject to Vagaro’s privacy policy.

7. Changes to Terms

Modification: We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification through Vagaro.  
Notification: We may notify you of significant changes via email or through the Vagaro platform.
